Camp is designed for children
8-14 years old.

 

Please be sure your Young
Chef is wearing Closed-toed
Shoes. Flip-Flops, Sandals and
Crocs provide zero to little
protection.

 

WE CANNOT ALLOW YOUR
YOUNG CHEF TO PARTICIPATE
IF THEY DO NOT HAVE
CLOSED-TOED SHOES

We accept the first
16 paid Young Chefs.
We have to operate
on a first paid basis.
We cannot "hold" a spot
for you.

Week 1: June 1 - 5, 2015, Southern Italy.
Here is a snap-shot of what our Young Chefs will be preparing: Chicken Saltimbocca, Margherita Pizza, Pignoli Cookies, Torta Caprese, Eggplant Parmesan, and Cannoli. Please remember all Young Chefs must wear closed-toed shoes.

Week 2: June 8 - 12, 2015, Breakfast Maniacs.
Here is a snap-shot of what our Young Chefs will be preparing: French Toast, Crepes, Apple Cinnamon Muffins, Frittata, Chocolate Banana Pancakes, and Bacon Pineapple Bread. Please remember all Young Chefs must wear closed-toed shoes.
WEEK 2 = SOLD OUT ! ! !

 

Week 3: June 15 - 19, 2015, International Meatball-a-rama.
Here is a snap-shot of what our Young Chefs will be preparing: Mama Mia Italian Meatballs, Swedish Meatballs, Bahn Mi Meatballs, Bacon Meatballs, and Buffalo Chicken Meatballs. Please remember all Young Chefs must wear closed-toed shoes.
WEEK 3 = $275.00

Week 4: June 22 - 26, 2015, Northern Italy.
Here is a snap-shot of what our Young Chefs will be preparing: Chicken Milanese, Risotto, Polenta, Pasta Fagioli, and Homemade Nutella. Please remember all Young Chefs must wear closed-toed shoes.

Week 5: June 29 - July 3, 2015, Mexican/Latin American Fiesta.
Here is a snap-shot of what our Young Chefs will be preparing: Guacamole, Enchiladas, Tacos, Tamales, Churros, Quesadillas, Double Chocolate Mexican Spiced Cookies, Refried Beans, and Queso Fundido. Please remember all Young Chefs must wear closed-toed shoes.

Week 6: July 6 - 10, 2015, Sauce Mania.
Here is a snap-shot of what our Young Chefs will be preparing: BBQ Sauce, Marinara, Pesto, Classic Bechamel (White Sauce), Raspberry, Hot Fudge and Asian Peanut Sauce. Please remember all Young Chefs must wear closed-toed shoes.

Week 7: July 13 - 17, 2015, International Pancakes.
Here is a snap-shot of what our Young Chefs will be preparing: Crepes, Potato Pancakes, Buttermilk Pancakes, Asian Zucchini Pancakes, Apple Dutch Baby and Johnny Cakes. Please remember all Young Chefs must wear closed-toed shoes.
