Chef is wearing Closed-toed
Shoes. Flip-Flops, Sandals and
Crocs provide zero to little
protection.

We have to operate
on a first paid basis.
We cannot "hold" a spot

Week 1: June 2 - 6, 2014, International Noodle Expo.
During Week One, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Asian Soba Noodles with Chicken Meatballs, Homemade Pasta Dough, Lasagna, Macaroni and Cheese, Pad Thai and Chicken Noodle Soup.
WEEK 1 = IN THE PAST.

 

Week 2: June 9 - 13, 2014, Northern Italy.
During Week Two, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Risotto, Cannoli, Polenta, Chicken Milanese, Rainbow Cookies, Pasta Fagioli, and Homemade Nutella.
WEEK 2 = SOLD OUT ... SORRY.

 

Week 3: June 16 - 20, 2014, Breakfast Maniacs.
During Week Three, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Strawberry Shortcake French Toast, Toasted Coconut Waffles, Crepes, Chocolate Banana Pancakes, Brown Sugar Sticky Buns, World Famous Apple Cider Doughnuts, and Frittata.
WEEK 3 = SOLD OUT ... SORRY.

 

Week 4: June 23 - 27, Central Italy.
During Week Four, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Tomato Bruschetta, Bolognese Sauce, Basil Pesto, Italian Wedding Soup, Tiramisu, Zabaglione, and Lasagna.
WEEK 4 = IN THE PAST.

 

Week 5: June 30 - July 3, 2014, All American & BBQ.
During Week Five, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Buttermilk Pancakes, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Homemade BBQ Sauce, Bananas Foster, Pulled Pork, Mac & Cheese, and the ULTIMATE BURGER!!
WEEK 5 = SOLD OUT ... SORRY.

 

Week 6: July 7 - 11, 2014, Happy Holidays.
During Week Six, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Almond Thumbprint Cookies, Roasted Turkey and Gravy, Gingerbread Cookies, Latkes, Glazed Ham, and Apple Fritters.
WEEK 6 = IN THE PAST.

 

Week 7: July 14 - 18, 2014, International Sandwiches.
During Week Seven, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Croque Monsieur, Sloppy Joes, Pulled Pork, Mexican Cemita, BLT, Fluffernutter, Ice Cream Sandwiches, and Panini.

Week 8: July 21 - 25, 2014, International Meatball-A-Rama.
During Week Eight, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Mama Mia Meatballs, Swedish Meatballs, Bahn Mi Meatballs, Albondigas Soup, Polynesian Meatballs, Thanksgiving Bite Meatballs, and BaCoN Meatballs.

Week 9: July 28 - August 1, 2014, Southern Italy.
During Week Nine, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Chicken Saltimbocca, Homemade Mozzarella, Margherita Pizza, Pignoli Cookies, Spaghetti Carbonara, Tiramisu, Torta Caprese, and Eggplant Parmiggiano.

Week 10: August 4 - 8, 2014, BaCoN. bAcOn. BaCoN.
During Week Ten, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Bacon Chocolate Chunk Cookies, Bacon Cheeseburger Tacos, Bacon Jam, Bacon Meatballs, BLT Bucatini, Spaghetti Carbonara, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders.

Week 11: August 11 - 15, 2014, Just Desserts.
During Week Eleven, our Young Chefs will be preparing recipes that will include the following: Red Velvet WHOOPIE Pies, Hazelnut Butter Cake with Sea Salt Caramel, Chocolate Brownie Cookies, Carrot Cake, Blueberry Cornmeal Cake, and Bread Pudding.
