    Info: Saluta il Sud Italia. Italy's Southern greats like Chicken Saltimbocca will exposure our young Chefs to the marriage of chicken and prosciutto. Eggplant Parmaggiano will shine a delicious light on an often neglected vegetable. Also making appearances will be meatball preparation, Margherita Pizza (the basis of all the rest) and Chef Ashley's "World Famous" Pignoli Cookies. There are very few leftovers during this week!!!

    Info: Week 5 is a four day week. There are no cooking sessions on Wednesday, July 4th. We are closed. The other four days are going to be filled with ALL AMERICAN DESSERTs. Florida Key Lime Pie, Fresh Apple Pie, New York Cheese Cake, and the All American Strawberry Shortcake will all be prepared, plus others. Yes... there will be short cake prepared. No sponge cups here!!

  • Summer Camp Week 7: Dips, Sauces and Soups! (SOLD OUT !!)

    When: Mon July 16 - Fri July 20
    Info: During Week Seven our Young Chefs will create dishes, as is the case every week... but this week the dishes will feature complementary sauces. So, our young chefs will learn how to complete a dish elegantly as well as understand how one sauce will complement a number of different proteins and vegetables. Sprinkled into the week's production will be dips and soups. The soup menu will start off with "loaded baked potato soup" and zoom from there. Dips will be made from scratch and will accompany the snacks that the Young Chefs prepare during the course of the day. This will be a BUSY week.

Important Information

FOOD ALLERGIES: Please note that our ChefStart sessions are conducted in our commercial commissary. Our commissary contains a number of allergens on the shelves and our production recipes contain allergens as well. We ask that you consider your child's health based on their food allergy situation prior to registering.

Our ChefStart Kids Cooking Camp is designed for children 8-14 years old.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide refunds for Summer Camp after Friday, May 18, 2018.

We accept the first 20 paid Young Chefs. We have to operate on a first paid basis. We cannot "hold" a spot for you.

Please be sure your Young Chef is wearing Closed-toed Shoes. Flip-Flops, Sandals and Crocs provide zero to little protection.

WE CANNOT ALLOW YOUR YOUNG CHEF TO PARTICIPATE IF THEY DO NOT HAVE CLOSED-TOED SHOES.

Chefstart

ChefStart is a "hands-on" cooking program for children 8 - 14 years old. Our Young Chefs prepare dishes designed to explore a variety of cuisines and cooking methods.

Hours

Drop & Pickup Times

ChefStart's Program Hours are 9am - 3pm.
We begin accepting children at 8:50 am
Pick-up time is 3:00 pm.
