Summer Camp Week 4: Southern Italy (SOLD OUT!)

Info: Saluta il Sud Italia. Southern greats like Chicken Saltimbocca will exposure our young Chefs to the marriage of chicken and prosciutto. Eggplant Parmaggiano will shine a delicious light on an often neglected vegetable. Also making appearances will be meatball preparation, Margherita Pizza (the basis of all the rest) and Chef Ashley's “World Famous” Pignoli Cookies. There are very few leftovers during this week!!!
